Kalua Pork - At every Hawaiian luau, the most popular dish is the Kalua pig. We take that great pride in bringing this luau favorite to the Midwest. Our Kalua pork is marinated, slow oven roasted, and hand-shredded only. We never use an automated or machine shredder as common with other shredded pork you may find elsewhere. The result is lean, juicy, tender pork that is out of this world. Kalua pork may be served on rice as an entree or on a bun as a sandwich.

This classic island entree uses 21/25 peeled shrimp prawns. The shrimp is seasoned and as the name states, cooked perfectly in our garlic butter then loaded over white rice. The droppings from the shrimp make the rice almost as tasty as the shrimp itself! Super savory, super delicious!

HAWAIIAN PIG ROAST

Nothing says Hawaiian luau like the Pig Roast and a full roasted pig can be prepared for your luau event by our staff. We start with a premium quality USDA Inspected whole suckling pig. (Baby pigs ensure the most tender, fall-off-the-bone pork that your guests will love.) We slow roast the pig in our special BBQ smoker for a minimum of 8 hours. We then deliver the fully-cooked, whole roasted pig to your luau for all your guests to observe. We then carve and shred as required right at your buffet table for service to your guest. Guests can even, if they wish, help themselves to shredded meat right off the bone of the whole pig.
